10,000 STEPS PER DAY PROGRAMME

Hmm...... How 2 start my entry for 2day... hmmm? This entry is abt a programme that I attended this morning. It was energetic and very heatlhy programme. I'm so glad coz I got a chance to join this programme. Eventhough its tired but I do enjoy myself there.

Around 6.30 a.m., I started my journey to fetch my nearby ofismate ahead to Presint 2, Putrajaya in front of Malaysia Palace of Justice. Then we're walking straight to Registration Counter and registered ourself for this programme. Actually, I am attending "Karnival 10,000 Langkah Setiap Hari" which organized by My Sihat (Health Promotion Board) and supported by Ministry of Health & Berita Harian. This programme will take off simultaneously at 14 other locations nationwide.

The reason My Sihat organizing this programme coz they would like to help Malaysian Citizen to get rid of obesity and other chronic ailments. So, by walking at least 10,000 steps or 6.5 km per day will help us for enjoying a healthy life.

DIET MENU

I love to reduce my weight. Tats my wish since I born. Ha3.

Today my frenz and I went to hospital, meet up with a frenz of mine tat was admitted and u may call as frenz visit. While we are chatting and gossiping with him, some1 came to me and give me this menu for my diet. It was so surprised and funny but I think its so sweet. Can u imagine some1 tat u dun know but they care and concern abt u.

He explained to me abt his lists and if I'm doing this for a 2 months I will reduce my weight. I do appreciate it. Sometimes they are so sincere.... its better than others who love to be sincere but they are not.

You never feel punished when entrusted to judge an event? This is what I feel. I never judge the art show and it is not easy. All participants are children and are eager to win the event. If you become a judge on the day, who would you choose as the winner? The theme for this art show is a FOREST and SEA. So, enjoy ur time to choose the winner.

FINDING THE RIGHT HAIR CUT 4 UR FACE SHAPE

Creating a short hairstyle is rather simple. Choosing the style may be a little more complex. Before u make the final decision, you may want 2 consider all of ur options and consult ur stylist before u make anything final. Many people change their hairstyles 2 be unique or make a statement.

There are many important things to consider if you want to cut your hair. For one, u need 2 determine who is going to cut ur hair. Try asking ur current stylist (I dun hv specific STYLIST) for a recommendation or talk to frenz who hv short hair. U need to decide how short u want ur hair to be. The length u choose shud relfect ur personaltiy and style while while complimenting ur facial features. Most shor 'dos are ezy to manage. Let scissors to start it magic. Ha3.

First thing that I consider most is my face shape. So I did research some abt my shape n the right style for it. Here some tips for my lovely readers....

The oval face is considered to be the ideal shape by hairdressers. People with an oval face shape can wear most hair cut styles and lengths with it still looking "right". The oval face is mathematically 1.5 times as long as its width, with the forehead slightly wider than the jaw.

Round faces are characterised by a round chin. Because they lack the length of the oval face, the aim of a hair style should be to create the illusion of length in the face. This is achieved by creating height on top of the head, and minimising hair width — keeping it flat at the sides and around the ears.

Rectangular faces have a square chin and hairline, and are long and narrow. The aim of a hairstyle should be to create width at the sides to disguise the narrowness. A fringe can also shorten the face, and a side part will help to disguise the squareness.

Pear shaped faces have a narrow forehead and is widest at the jawline, with a round chin. The objective of a hair cut style should be to give the illusion of an oval face by creating width at the forehead and temples.

Heart shaped faces are widest at the temples and narrowest at the jawline. Usually they have a small delicate chin. The objective of the hair cut is to create an oval by creating width at the jawline.

Diamond shaped faces are widest at the cheekbones and narrow in the forehead and chin. By creating width at the forehead and minimising width at the cheekbones, the illusion of an oval face can be achieved.

Square faces have a square jawline and hairline at the forehead. They are 'too short', so a hair cut style should seek to create height to elongate the face. Hair should be layered around the face to soften the jawline. Jaw and brow nearly same width. Hair should wisp around face to reduce squareness.

Most of the time we are doing nothing when we are too free. Ha3.. But talking about wat people always do during their spare time will create thousand answer for this single question

1. Dreaming....(I wanna Be A Millionaire)

You must dreaming for better achievement in ur life. But some people called it planning as well. When we asked them.... "Are You Dreaming?" ...They will answer us "NO... I am planing and working inside it....".. Ha3..... So Keep On Dreaming Guys....

2. Sleeping....(Its related with dreaming session... some people called it napping)
Frenz of mine always mention this.... Napping just take U 10 to 15 minutes, but sleeping take u more than tat. So.... Are U Napping For 2 Hours?



3. HP Addict...Texting, Gaming, bla..... bla..... Hiding..... Ha3

Recently, most people addicted to hp badly. You can see those people MUST carry their hp coz of they are waiting for the phone call or any text (d' important one ..I guess), Gaming, Blogging, facebooks and Twitt thru their mobile as well.

4. Find New Buddy .... (May be will be ur best buddy ever...)

Sometimes if u guys have to be brave enuf, may be U can make frenz with new people too. Thru chatting, Facebooks, Blogs and etc. But U must be careful coz U r not clever enuf. Ha3.... My tips is "Before u make friends, u have to decide who u want to be ur frenz."



5. Eating.... (Gathering as known as eating session....ha3)

Getting more.... ehem....ehemm...ha3 (Just Like Me...)Ha3...

6. Smoking ... (I hate this!!!!.... Hello Guys... I got asthma ... ok?)

No Comments. But i really hate this.... uwaaaaaaaa....

7. Be A Model..... (Pretend U R So Macho or Hancur)

Sometimes U have 2 B macho ... then u will feel so glad to b urself. And u will behave urself as well.

How 2 Solve A Poblem????

Many people feel completely wrong to express or store only. Whether in connection with curiosity or certainty or clear answer? Everyday we are given the opportunity to choose. Choose to continue sleeping or wake up and shower. That was a choice. One of the most exciting aspects of life is the array of choices that we have on a daily basis. Some of our decisions are simple, like deciding what to eat for dinner or what shirt to wear. However, some choices are challenging and take careful thought and consideration.

When we are confronted with these types of decisions, it can be very difficult to decide on the best option, and we may be plagued by indecision. We may be forced to choose between two equally good options or we may have to pick between two choices that both have drawbacks.

Step 1: Problem Orientation

This step involves recognizing that a problem exists and that solving the difficulty is a worthwhile endeavor. It is important that you approach the decision-making process with a positive attitude and view the situation as an opportunity or challenge.

Step 2: Problem Definition

Before you start to tackle the current problem, it is important to clearly understand the difficulty and why you are unhappy with the current situation. This may seem obvious, but it is important that you really think about and gather information about the problem, and make sure that the problem you are trying to solve is the "real" problem.

Step 3: Generation of Alternative Solutions

During this stage, you should ask yourself, "What have I done in this situation in the past, and how well has that worked?" If you find that what you have done in the past has not been as effective as you would like, it would be useful to generate some other solutions that may work better. When you start to think of possible solutions, don't limit yourself; think of as many possible options as you can, even if they seem unrealistic. You may want to write a list of possible options, or ask others what some solutions they might have for your problem.

Step 4: Decision Making

It is important that you examine each of the options, about how realistic each is, how likely you would be to implement that solution. Remember, no problem solution is perfect and all will have drawbacks, but you can always revise the solution if it does not work the way you want it to work.

Step 5: Solution Implementation and Verification

Make sure that when you implement this solution, you do so whole-heartedly and give it your best effort. If you find that the solution is too hard to implement or it is just not working, revise it or try something else. Trying to solve these problems is never an easy task, and it may take several solutions before something works. But, don't give up .

Sometimes someone says something really small, and it just fits right into this empty place in your heart. Something that has always puzzled me all my life is why, when I am in special need of help, the good deed is usually done by somebody on whom I have no claim. In about the same degree as you are helpful, you will be happy.

Beginning today, treat everyone you meet as if they were going to be dead by midnight. Extend to them all the care, kindness and understanding you can muster, and do it with no thought of any reward. Your life will never be the same again.

How 2 Take Care Ur Relationship

This time I would like to share with u guys abt my xperience in relationship. I am not expert. But we just share...... ha3

1. Family

All of us love our family very very much. No matter how good or how bad we still love them. But do u guys agree if I said MONEY can buy the family. MONEY also can built a family. I would like to say 110% YES for this. U need MONEY to prepare for your wedding, planning ur family life n so on. Sometimes in rich family they feel uncomfortable to hv a poor family members in their family. Lucky this not happened in my family. May be coz all of us already POOR. Ha3. In our family tree, we are so lucky coz we really care n love our big family (now till 5th generation - KARIM's) . We know each other very closed as well as their names n age n besday too. If one of us facing any problem or difficulties, hundred will call to calm us.

2. Frenz

Frienship is not like Friendster or Facebook which is virtual friendship. Nowadays, a real friendship is really hard to find one. Most of them not sincere enuf. They love to hang ard together for fun or happy hour but if u r in hard time they will say BYE BYE. But not most of them having the same bastard attitude. Sorry if my words to harsh but its true rite? As a frenz we should learn how to sincere.

Frenz Rules :

1. Trust ur frenz
2. Give him/ her some advice if needed
3. Support him/her
4. Dun betray ur frenz
   

3. Lovers

Hmmmm... how to explain this. Thru my years experience.. (can we count it? ha3) Lovers will take care n love their partners as well. Most of the women want their partner to b sincere n loyal. This hope 40% from my personal opinion. Sometimes we are so wrong abt this. We can't hope our partner to be a FIRST GRADE PARTNER... this is so rubbish. We are human. Everybody make mistake. Just relax urself. Thinking abt ur next future plan n stop thinking abt somethng can hurt ur own feelings.

"If u want some one perfect in ur life, do u think u r perfect enuf for him?"

I would like to share this scenario with u, she was a fren of mine asked my opinion abt her plan to spy on her hubby coz she thought he was having an affair. As a frenz I dun want my fren feel so sad thinking of something stupid abt wat her hubby doing. So I came out with 2 Qs,

1. "Do you think u are brave enuf to do it (spy)?"


2. "If u saw him dating with anothers gurls, do u dare to leave him or are u ready to be separated?"

She can't answered me. Which I guess she is not ready for any further result n action. If u still want to be together so STOP SPYING ha3..... But I do agree if u r gud in monitoring ur hubby just go ahead. My pray is with u gurls... AMIN
